Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Mix thoroughly and pour into large greased casserole or 2 small casseroles.
- Mix extra butter with 2 cups torn breadcrumbs or mashed cornflakes.
- Bake uncovered about 45 minutes at 350° or until bubbling and done.
- Serves 12.
