Ingredients
- 24 chicken wings
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2-inch fresh ginger root, crushed
Method
- Disjoint wings, discarding tips.
- Combine ingredients. Marinate at least 2 hours.
- Place wings in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes. Best cooked just before serving.
- Great for feeding a bunch of hungry kids!
