Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 small pkg. or 1 large pkg. broccoli
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- grated cheese
Method
- Cook, season and drain broccoli.
- Saute onion in oleo.
- Mix together the prepared ingredients with the soup in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese.
- Cook in 350° oven until the mixture bubbles and is slightly brown (about 1 hour).
