Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Beat egg white and water until stiff peak forms.
- Mix in a small bowl, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Mix pecans in egg whites, then in sugar.
- Spread on a cookie sheet.
- Bake 1/2 hour at 325°. After 15 minutes, stir around.
- Let cool, then break.
