Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. pineapple juice or water
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. cold water

Method

  • Dissolve lime Jell-O in hot water.
  • Add cold water and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Chill until set.
  • Dissolve lemon Jell-O in hot water and add marshmallows.
  • Stir to melt.
  • Add pineapple, juice and cream cheese.
  • Beat until well blended.
  • Fold in whipped cream and pour on lime Jell-O.
  • Let set.
  • Dissolve cherry Jell-O in hot water, add cool water.
  • Let this cool.
  • When cool, pour on set white layer.
  • Serve when set.
