- 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. pineapple juice or water
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. cold water
Method
- Dissolve lime Jell-O in hot water.
- Add cold water and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Chill until set.
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in hot water and add marshmallows.
- Stir to melt.
- Add pineapple, juice and cream cheese.
- Beat until well blended.
- Fold in whipped cream and pour on lime Jell-O.
- Let set.
- Dissolve cherry Jell-O in hot water, add cool water.
- Let this cool.
- When cool, pour on set white layer.
- Serve when set.
