Ingredients
- 8 lb. rhubarb, cut
- 7 c. water
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 4 c. lemon juice
- 5 c. pineapple juice
- 7 qt. water
- 12 c. sugar
Method
- Combine rhubarb, 7 cups of water and cinnamon sticks and cook to mush and strain.
- Add the lemon juice, pineapple juice, water and sugar.
- Serves 50.
