Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 to 3 c. sliced peaches
Method
- Melt margarine in Pyrex dish.
- Blend in sugar with fork.
- Add vanilla and stir in egg until smooth.
- Slowly add flour and stir until completely blended.
- Fold in peaches.
- Bake at 325° until top is lightly brown.
