Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 to 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
- Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg.
- Cut in butter.
- Add eggs and lemon.
- Put rhubarb in unbaked pie shell and pour egg mixture over rhubarb.
- Bake at 450°.
