Ingredients
- 6 medium bananas
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- cooking oil
Method
- Maw-Maw puts Bisquick in a bowl and I break the
- eggs into the bowl.
- Maw-Maw then adds the sugar, milk and vanilla.
- While she does that, I get to smash the bananas until they are mushy.
- I give the mushy bananas to Maw-Maw and she mixes them in the bowl with the other stuff.
- Maw-Maw turns on the stove and whips the griddle with cooking oil.
- Know what!
- Maw-Maw Charion makes me Mickey Mouse shaped banana pancakes.
- I love them!!
- And I love her!!!
