Ingredients

  • 1 packages fettuccini
  • 1 packages bacon
  • 2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 egg yokes
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup tomatoes , grape or cherry size. Any small tomato
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 cup diced onion

Method

  • Cook pasta according to directions, preheat the oven to 450 and cook tomatoes and mushrooms on large cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes until they begin to pop.
  • Chop bacon into small bite size pieces, cook until brown then remove and place on paper towel to drain.
  • Saute onions in bacon grease until brown.
  • In large serving bowl add egg yolks, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Add peas during the last minute of pasta cooking time.
  • Drain pasta add to egg and cheese mixture, then combine all other ingredients.
  • Make sure to mix thoroughly to coat all the noodles.
  • Make sure to use the tomatoes dripping from pan too.
