Ingredients
- pastry for 2-crust pie
- 2 1/2 c. rhubarb, sliced
- 3/4 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- dash of cinnamon (optional)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Put in unbaked crust and cover with top crust.
- Brush pastry with a little cream and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until nice and brown.
