- Country Club brand corned beef
- Arnold real Jewish rye bread (without sesame seed)
- Kraft Swiss cheese
- kraut
- Mrs. Filbert's margarine
- Kraft Thousand Island dressing
Method
- On low heat,
- in iron skillet melt enough margarine to cover the surface of the pan.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread, making sure to butter the opposite sides.
- Place buttered side down on the skillet.
- On one slice of bread, place rolled slices of corned beef (entire package) and place a generous amount of kraut evenly over the corned beef.
- On the other slice of bread, cover entirely with Swiss cheese.
- Heat until both sides are golden brown.
- Then, cover kraut with Kraft's Thousand Island dressing.
