Ingredients

  • Country Club brand corned beef
  • Arnold real Jewish rye bread (without sesame seed)
  • Kraft Swiss cheese
  • kraut
  • Mrs. Filbert's margarine
  • Kraft Thousand Island dressing

Method

  • On low heat,
  • in iron skillet melt enough margarine to cover the surface of the pan.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread, making sure to butter the opposite sides.
  • Place buttered side down on the skillet.
  • On one slice of bread, place rolled slices of corned beef (entire package) and place a generous amount of kraut evenly over the corned beef.
  • On the other slice of bread, cover entirely with Swiss cheese.
  • Heat until both sides are golden brown.
  • Then, cover kraut with Kraft's Thousand Island dressing.
