Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 14.5 oz. pkg. dried beef
Method
- Shred cheese and cut beef into small pieces.
- Mix with remaining ingredients.
- Place in baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with party size rye or pumpernickel bread.
- Spread on as desired.
