- 2 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with foil.
- Combine first four ingredients.
- Melt butter; add garlic, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
- Dip breasts in butter, then in breadcrumb mixture, coating heavily.
- Pour remaining butter over chicken.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
