Ingredients

  • 2 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with foil.
  • Combine first four ingredients.
  • Melt butter; add garlic, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
  • Dip breasts in butter, then in breadcrumb mixture, coating heavily.
  • Pour remaining butter over chicken.
  • Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
