Ingredients
- 1 Bartlett pear, pared, cored and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butterscotch sauce or syrup
- 1 to 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- cold club soda
Method
- Reserve 1 slice pear for garnish.
- Puree remaining pear. Combine pear puree and butterscotch sauce; mix well.
- Place in bottom of a glass.
- Add ice cream.
- Fill with club soda.
- Garnish side of glass with pear slice.
