Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (peanuts are good)
  • 12 cup wheat germ
  • 12 cup sesame seeds
  • 12 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup butter or 34 cup margarine, melted (Use solid margarine)
  • 12 cup liquid honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • In large bowl, combine oats,coconut,nuts,wheat germ,sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins and salt.
  • In another large bowl, combine melted butter, honey, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
  • Pour over dry ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Press into 10 x 15- inch (25 x 40 cm) jelly roll pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
