Ingredients
- 2 c. kraut
- 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
- 6 to 8 oz. corned beef, pulled into bite size pieces
- 6 to 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 to 3 slices cubed rye bread
- melted butter
Method
- Grease casserole.
- Drain kraut and place on bottom of dish. Sprinkle dressing on it.
- Cover with pieces of corned beef. Spread cheese on this.
- Put bread cubes on top of the cheese. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
