Ingredients

  • 2 c. kraut
  • 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
  • 6 to 8 oz. corned beef, pulled into bite size pieces
  • 6 to 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 to 3 slices cubed rye bread
  • melted butter

Method

  • Grease casserole.
  • Drain kraut and place on bottom of dish. Sprinkle dressing on it.
  • Cover with pieces of corned beef. Spread cheese on this.
  • Put bread cubes on top of the cheese. Brush with melted butter.
  • Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
