Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. lard or vegetable shortening
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine dry ingredients and cut in lard or vegetable shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add cold water until mixture can be shaped into a ball.
- Chill.
- Roll out as needed.
- Makes enough for 4 single crust or 2 double crust pies.
