Ingredients
- 1 qt. sauerkraut with juice
- 8 oz. cooked noodles
- 12 oz. can corn beef, shredded
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 2 to 4 tsp. mustard
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Layer sauerkraut, noodles, onions and corn beef.
- Mix Miracle Whip, mustard and cheese.
- Spread evenly over beef.
- Pour soup over all, mix lightly.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
