Ingredients
- 1 c. cold shredded whitefish
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1 c. cold diced cooked potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 c. French dressing
- lettuce
- strips of pimento
Method
- Combine the fish, celery and potatoes.
- Season with salt and paprika.
- Marinate with French dressing and serve on lettuce. Garnish with strips of pimento.
