Ingredients
- 1 c. melted Crisco
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3 c. warm water
- 6 c. flour
- 2 whole eggs, whipped
- 2 pkg. yeast
Method
- Into a small bowl, put both packages yeast.
- Pour over this 1 cup of warm water.
- Let stand while other ingredients are mixed. Melt Crisco.
- Add other cup of warm water, sugar, salt and beaten eggs.
- Stir well.
- Have sifted flour in a large bowl.
- Mix biscuits.
- Place in a covered bowl in refrigerator at least 6 hours before using.
