Ingredients
- 2 lb. venison stew meat
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 6 stalks celery, chopped
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Method
- Mix raw meat and raw vegetables together and place into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Blend seasoned salt and pepper into the tomato juice and pour over the meat/vegetable mixture.
- Cover tightly with tinfoil and bake at 250° for 4 hours.
