Ingredients
- 6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1 c. thinly sliced green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Mix salt, celery seed, vinegar and sugar.
- Pour this mixture over sliced vegetables and place in covered dish in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Best is made day before or at least several hours.
