Ingredients
- 8 large baking potatoes
- 6 tbsp butter or margarine
- 6 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1-2 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 1/2 C milk
- 12 ounces processed cheese, cubed (Velveeta)
- 1/3 C crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C sliced green onions
Method
- Scrub and pierce potatoes; place on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly.
