Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 17 sq.)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) container or 3 (6 oz.) containers raspberry low-fat yogurt
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Mix cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and the margarine.
- Press evenly in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
- Bake 10 minutes; cool.
