Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. chicken or meat of your choice, cut into strips
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Stir-fry the meat and add other ingredients.
- Add 3 cups cooked rice.
