Ingredients
- 16 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Method
- Mix crackers, margarine and sugar well.
- Pat into 9 x 9-inch pan.
- Beat eggs well.
- Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
- Beat until smooth.
- Spread on cracker crust.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Pour pie filling on top of cooled pie. Refrigerate a few hours.
- Serve with whipped cream.
