Ingredients
- 1 lb. Boneless sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 Cup frozen or fresh green or red pepper strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 (10 1/4 oz.) Beef gravy
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Cup hot cooked rice
Method
- Slice beef into very thin strips.
- Heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
- Push to one side of skillet.
- Heat remaining oil.
- Add peppers, onion and garlic and cook until tender-crisp.
- Add gravy and Worcestershire sauce.
- Heat through.
- Serve over rice. To make slicing easier, freeze for 1 hour.
