Ingredients
- 8 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
- 8 c. boiling water
- 4 c. cold water
- 1 gal. lime sherbet
- 8 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 (16 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large container.
- Add cold water and sherbet; stir until sherbet is almost melted.
- Add drained pineapple, marshmallows and chopped pecans.
- Pour into 12 x 18-inch pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut into serving portions. Yields 50 servings.
