Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- dash of salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Add batter.
- Spoon peaches over batter.
- Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar to the juice and add to top of peaches.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
