Ingredients

  • 1 can good quality chunk white tuna packed in water, 5 ounces
  • 1 can great nothern beans, drained and rinsed 15 ounce
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp white ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill

Method

  • Prepare all the vegetables.
  • Cut them in a fine chop.
  • Drain can of tuna and place in a large bowl.
  • Add avocado and mash up tuna and avocado.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Taste for any salt or pepper adjustments.
  • Serve over a multi grain bread or I like Wasa brand crackers.
