- 1 can good quality chunk white tuna packed in water, 5 ounces
- 1 can great nothern beans, drained and rinsed 15 ounce
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp white ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
Method
- Prepare all the vegetables.
- Cut them in a fine chop.
- Drain can of tuna and place in a large bowl.
- Add avocado and mash up tuna and avocado.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Taste for any salt or pepper adjustments.
- Serve over a multi grain bread or I like Wasa brand crackers.
