Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. sliced olives
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed corn or Tostitos chips
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Brown ground beef and drain.
  • Stir in seasoning mix, water and olives.
  • Simmer 5 minutes.
  • Separate crescent dough in 8 triangles. Place in ungreased pie pan, pressing to form crust.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup chips over bottom.
  • Spoon meat over chips, sour cream over meat and cover with cheese.
  • Sprinkle remaining chips on top.
  • Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
  • Cut into servings and serve with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and salsa.
