Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. sliced olives
- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed corn or Tostitos chips
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Stir in seasoning mix, water and olives.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Separate crescent dough in 8 triangles. Place in ungreased pie pan, pressing to form crust.
- Sprinkle 1 cup chips over bottom.
- Spoon meat over chips, sour cream over meat and cover with cheese.
- Sprinkle remaining chips on top.
- Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
- Cut into servings and serve with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and salsa.
