Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
Method
- Brown ground beef, draining excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, mushrooms and soup with 1 can of water.
- Simmer until thickened. Add sour cream. Cook noodles according to package directions. Serve stroganoff over noodles.
