Ingredients
- 4 scoops Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream 100g/200ml
- 4 biscuits round shortbread
- 4 tablespoons sauce strawberry
- 4 wafer ice cream, fans
Method
- Place 1 shortbread biscuit on each of 4 serving plates.
- Scoop 1 ball of Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream and place on top of each biscuit.
- Drizzle over the strawberry sauce.
- Decorate with a wafer fan.
