Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage head
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. grated carrot
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 qt. tomatoes or tomato juice
- 5 cubes beef or chicken bouillon
Method
- Cook cabbage, celery, onion and carrots until tender in the least
- amount
- of
- water
- possible.
- Then
- add tomatoes or juice and bouillon cubes.
- Simmer until well done.
