Ingredients
- 3 to 3 1/2 lb. boiled chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Take meat off bones; fix layer of chicken.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and broth and bring to boil.
- Pour over chicken, then put Veg-All over chicken.
- Make crust using rest of ingredients; mix and pour over chicken.
- Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
