Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef fillet (rib-eye is best), cut into small strips (you can get the butcher at the grocery to cut these for you)
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Rub the ingredients into the beef strips and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
