Ingredients
- 4 lb. chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) can broiled mushroom crowns
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sherry
- paprika
Method
- Place chicken breasts, skin side up, in an 11 x 8-inch dish. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika, including mushroom liquid.
- Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Makes 8 servings.
