Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.)
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Cook yellow cake mix as directed and cool.
  • Crumble a layer of cool cake in a punch bowl.
  • Mix pudding as directed.
  • Spread over crumbled cake.
  • Spread can of pineapple with juice over pudding. Add second layer of crumbled cake.
  • Spread can of pie filling over cake.
  • Top with container of Cool Whip.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts over top.
  • Serve and get requests for seconds.
