Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Method
- Add flour to butter and blend in milk until smooth.
- Combine sauce with crab meat.
- Put in casserole and sprinkle with crumbs and cheese.
- Bake at 350° until hot, crumbs brown and cheese melted.
