Ingredients
- 1 Medium Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Milk (I Used 1%)
- 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cups Pure Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
Method
- Add all of the ingredients listed into a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy, about 3 minutes. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
