Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pastry shell
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- whipped cream
Method
- Preheat oven
- to
- 425°.
- In large bowl, combine filling ingredients.
- Mix well
- and turn into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 15 minutes;
- reduce heat to 350° and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes.
