Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 16 oz. can tomatoes
- 1/4 c. A.1. sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 c. cooked macaroni
- 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef and onions in large skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes.
- Pour off drippings.
- Stir in tomatoes, 1/4 cup A.1. sauce and chili powder.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer (covered) 10 minutes.
- Stir chili into macaroni.
- Garnish with green onions and cheese.
- Makes four servings.
