Ingredients
- 2 c. pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 2 c. crushed gingersnaps (32)
Method
- Soften ice cream in bowl.
- Stir it and fold in remaining ingredients, except gingersnaps.
- Pour over crushed gingersnaps in 9 x 13-inch pan.
