Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. Marsala wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Heat a large frying pan.
- Add oil, chicken, garlic and green onions. Saute over high heat until chicken is lightly browned and tender.
- Remove from pan.
- Add Marsala and lemon juice.
- Allow liquid to reduce for a moment. Return chicken to the hot pan, salt and pepper to taste. Do not overcook.
- Serve immediately.
