Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lasagna, cooked
  • 1/2 lb. sausage meat
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, diced
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • 1 (16 oz.) tub Ricotta cheese
  • red wine
  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
  • 8 oz. Feta cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 small cans mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 large can tomato paste
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Prepare lasagna per package directions.
  • In a large skillet, brown sausage meat and ground beef.
  • Drain. Add Ricotta, half of the Mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, wine, pepper, onion, salt and pepper to taste and tomato paste.
