- 1 pkg. lasagna, cooked
- 1/2 lb. sausage meat
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- olive oil
- 1 clove fresh garlic, diced
- Italian seasoning to taste
- 1 (16 oz.) tub Ricotta cheese
- red wine
- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
- 8 oz. Feta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 small cans mushrooms, chopped
- 1 large can tomato paste
- salt and pepper
Method
- Prepare lasagna per package directions.
- In a large skillet, brown sausage meat and ground beef.
- Drain. Add Ricotta, half of the Mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, wine, pepper, onion, salt and pepper to taste and tomato paste.
