Ingredients
- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt chocolate and oleo together.
- Stir in pecans.
- Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; stir until blended.
- Do not beat. Add to chocolate mixture.
- Fill cupcake pans 3/4 full and bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
