Ingredients

  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Melted Butter
  • 2/3 cups Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cups Canned Pumpkin
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 package White Chocolate Chips, 12 Oz
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Creme (7 Ounce Jar)
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method

  • Stir together the first 6 ingredients (the sugar through pumpkin pie spice on the above list) in a 3-4 quart sauce pan over medium-high heat and cook stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Cook stirring constantly until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F (soft ball stage), or about 12 minutes.
  • Remove pan from heat; stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into a greased aluminum foil lined 9 inch square pan. Let stand about 2 hours or until completely cool. Cut into squares and enjoy!
