Ingredients
- 32 ounces, weight Frozen Peas Thawed Or Fresh Cooked Peas
- 6 sprigs Fresh Mint Leaves
- 12 ounces, weight "Greek Style" Coconut Milk Yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and puree with an immersion hand blender or throw them all into a food processor and process until smooth. This dish makes for a wonderful pairing with simple grilled fish or poultry.
