Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) soft ladyfingers, split, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
  • 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Method

  • Arrange half the ladyfingers on bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
  • Dissolve coffee and 1 Tbsp.
  • sugar in boiling water.
  • Brush 1/2 cup coffee mixture over ladyfingers in dish.
  • Beat Neufchatel in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  • Add 2/3 cup sugar; mix well.
  • Add pumpkin and cinnamon; mix well.
  • Blend in COOL WHIP.
  • Spread half the Neufchatel mixture over ladyfingers in dish; top with remaining ladyfingers.
  • Brush with remaining coffee.
  • Cover with remaining Neufchatel mixture.
  • Grate chocolate over top.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.
